15 YEARS OF MKI

Founded in 2010 by Vik Tailor, MKI MIYUKI ZOKU began as a multi-brand concept store with a distinct focus: to curate emerging, underground labels and introduce a new wave of innovation to the menswear landscape.

In a short span-of-time, the store cultivated a devoted following, prompting demand for an in-house label. Within two seasons, what began as an independent retail space had evolved into a fully formed, contemporary menswear brand.

From the outset, MKI’s guiding principle was clear: to deliver thoughtfully designed, modern menswear at remarkably accessible price points. 15 years later, that founding ethos remains the cornerstone of the brand, proof that substance, experience, and consistency will always outlast noise and hype. Today, MKI is proudly represented in some of the world’s most respected department stores, firmly establishing its place in modern menswear.

The past 15 years have been an extraordinary learning experience in every sense, from garment innovation to the nuances of running a business. It’s been a journey of growth and refinement. My vision for MKI has always remained steadfast: to create timeless, accessible menswear that continues to hold cultural and creative relevance.” Vik Tailor – Founder MKI MIYUKI ZOKU

To commemorate this milestone, MKI will unveil a series of special projects and collaborations over the coming six months, each one paying homage to the people, values, and ideas that shaped our story.
