Your MKI wool coat is made from a blend of recycled wool, polyester, acrylic and viscose, with a polyester lining. Wool is a natural fibre that responds best to gentle care, as heat and harsh washing can shrink or distort it over time. These six steps will help your coat keep its structure and finish for seasons to come.
-
Spot clean first
For small marks, dab gently with a damp cloth before considering a full wash.
-
Hand wash in cold water, if needed
This blend of recycled wool, polyester, acrylic and viscose, with a polyester lining, can be hand washed gently in cold water.
-
Keep it away from bleach, the tumble dryer and dry cleaning
None of these suit this coat's fabric blend.
-
Dry naturally
Lay flat or hang to dry away from direct heat.
-
Iron on a low setting
If the coat needs smoothing, use a low heat only, ideally through a pressing cloth.
-
Store it properly
Hang the coat in a cool, dry place to help it keep its shape between wears.
