ALL ORDERS PLACED ON THE MKI MIYUKI ZOKU WEBSTORE ARE SHIPPED EITHER  VIA DPD OR EVRi. ALL ORDERS ARE SENT TRACKED AND INSURED. ALL CHARGES ARE SET ON A FLAT RATE BASIS.

UK SHIPPING

ALL UK ORDERS ARE SENT VIA DPD OR EVRi. DELIVERY REQUIRES A SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH AS WHEN A CUSTOMER REQUESTS FOR THE PARCEL TO BE LEFT IN A SAFE SPACE OR DELIVERED TO A DROP OFF POINT. NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 2PM MONDAY – THURSDAY. AND SATURDAY DELIVERY IS ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN ORDERED BEFORE 2PM FRIDAY. ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TILL MONDAY AND ORDERS PLACED OVER THE WEEKEND WILL NOT BE SENT OUT UNTLL THE NEXT WORKING DAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS NOT 100% GUARANTEED AND COULD BE SUBJECT TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES AND DEPOT VOLUMES.

ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE REST OF THE WORLD ARE CHARGED SHIPPING ON A FLAT RATE OF £19.95. THIS SERVICE HAS AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME OF 5-8 WORKING DAYS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DELIVERY TIMES GIVEN ARE PROVIDED BY DPD AND ARE AN ESTIMATE ONLY. THEY DO NOT CONSIDER ANY EXTERNAL INFLUENCES THAT MAY AFFECT DELIVERY TIMES. ALL ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY AFTER 14:00 AND OVER THE WEEKEND OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

OUR CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS ARE BASED ON FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. THE PRODUCT CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF FAULTY, THROUGH A GENUINE MANUFACTURING FAULT OR IF THE CUSTOM ORDER HAS NOT BEEN MADE TO THE CONFIRMED SPECIFICATION. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THEN WE REVERT TO OUR USUAL RETURNS POLICY.


RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

WE ARE EXTREMELY SORRY IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM. IF THIS IS THE CASE, WE WOULD ASK YOU TO FOLLOW OUR RETURNS PROCEDURE BY VISITING OUR RETURNS CENTRE HERE. WE WILL REFUND YOUR INITIAL POSTAGE CHARGE PLUS ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES THIS MAY INCUR. WE WILL CONTACT YOU PROMPTLY IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH THE INVESTIGATION.
